Change Impact Lens
Governed mutation path. Save opens impact, not a silent write.
Change Impact Lens is the IDE save path. Cmd/Ctrl+S opens the lens in the Context rail. Default is Apply and prove: affected files, pages, APIs, schema, roles, tests, proof, risk, real diffs. Tree/version drift fails closed.
It is wired for editor save, Design Inspector overlay, Zeta/Helix proposals, and sealed DesignDNA → project files via Review canvas artifact impact. ISL board artifact saves remain local/collab until an artifact→mutation bridge exists.
This is Enterprise IDE machinery. It is not exposed as a toy on this public laboratory.
