Desktop IDE
Packaged Electron ISL Studio IDE. Separate from /ide. No public installer on this site.
apps/desktop is a packaged Electron renderer branded ISL Studio IDE. The design spec is contract-first: the primary object is the ISL contract, release authority is ShipGate, identity is not Volition and not VS Code chrome.
The web /ide repair plan explicitly excludes this package. Desktop and web are two surfaces. A GitHub releases repo for installers exists as CI output. This laboratory does not ship a download button. If the signed artifact is not the thing a stranger can install and prove, it stays unpublished.
